Do we need to employ a full-time Quality and/or Environmental Manager?

No. A Representative will be sufficient. This person will be able to take responsibility for Quality and Environmental matters over and above their other duties.

Why is UKAS Registration recommended?

This is because UKAS is the only national accreditation body recognised by government to assess against internationally agreed standards. They ensure that registered UK Accreditation Bodies conform to the relevant International Standard.

Are there any ways to reduce costs?

If you are planning to implement both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, it will usually be possible to offer a reduced price for a combined package. Please contact us for a free quotation.
